Booking, Travel, Disclosures & Cancelation Policies
Booking:
A $250 non-refundable booking deposit and signed contract is required to reserve the artists for the event date. This booking deposit will be deducted from the total amount do 24 hours before the event.
Style Assist:
A $100 hour fee per artist is available for touch-ups, style changes, etc. after agreed upon finish time. Any style assist request would need to be made prior to the event.
Travel Information:
Tampa & Within 35 miles there will be not additional travel fees. *Please note travel fees will vary Beyond 35 miles by event, location & how many artists will be needed. (Calculated at $0.60/mile) This will be quoted accordingly and written in the contact.
Parking:
If complimentary parking is not available at the venue, we ask that the client provide a voucher or reimburse each artist for the parking fees.
Disclosures:
*Bridal Trials are available and encouraged for $150 per service
*If additional assistant is needed due to time constraints, $100 assistant fee will be added
*Overnight accommodations needed if location is 2+ hours commute
* Styles can vary in price depending on the length, density, texture or complexity
*Unveiled Elegance reserves the right to make changes to the pricing at any time. Clients under contract will not be affected by any pricing changes*
